When will my order ship?

Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days once it leaves our distribution centre.

What are the shipping fees?

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Where do you ship?

Orders can be shipped to a single residential or commercial address within Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this time.

Can I track my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for order tracking and delivery details.

Can I redirect my order?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your orders as it is not possible to change the address once the order has shipped.

What happens if I am not home to receive my order?

Returns & Exchanges

 

How to return or exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and components intact, with the original proof of purchase. Item must also meet the manufacturer’s/carrier’s criteria for return/exchange and shows no signs of liquid or physical/customer-induced damage.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

For devices including phones, tablets, mobile broadband, and internet devices, we will provide a full refund when returned within the carrier’s buyer’s remorse period. Please refer to your carrier service agreement for return eligibility and cancellation fees.

For most accessories, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Accessories from the following categories will need to be returned un-opened to receive a refund:

 

  1. External and Internal Batteries
  2. Bluetooth Headphones
  3. Hands-Free Mono Headsets
  4. Headphones
  5. Health & Wellness Accessories (iHealth)
  6. Memory
  7. Wearables (Smartwatches, Gear, Fitbit, VR)

Online Orders: To return or exchange your online order, please call our Customer Service team at 1-877-648-3928 or bring your return with original proof of purchase to your local Tbooth wireless store.

 

Can I return my online purchases in-store?

Yes, you can return your online purchase to your local Tbooth wireless store. Please bring your original proof of purchase.

How much does is cost to return my order?

You will not be charged any fees for returning your purchase. If you choose to return your order through our Customer Service team, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a pre-printed shipping label.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once our distribution centre receives the item and processes your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the credit has been issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

If you are returning your purchase to a store, the credit will be issued once the return has been processed by our distribution centre. Credits cannot be issued in-store.

If I need to return an item that came with a free gift, do I need to return the gift too?

Yes, the gift-with-purchase will need to be included with your return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise in-store. Please note, gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
