Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days once it leaves our distribution centre.

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders can be shipped to a single residential or commercial address within Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Any items for return or exchange must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and components intact, with the original proof of purchase. Products must also meet the manufacturer’s criteria and shows no signs of liquid or physical/customer induced damage to qualify for an exchange or refund. Costs associated with shipping will not be refunded.

Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase.

For devices including phones, tablets, and mobile broadband & internet devices, Tbooth wireless will provide a full refund when returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

For most accessories, we will provide a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Accessories from the following categories will need to be returned un-opened to receive a refund:

Yes, you can return your online purchase to your local Tbooth wireless store. Please bring your original proof of purchase.
You will not be charged any fees for returning your purchase. If you choose to return your order through our Customer Service team, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a pre-printed shipping label.
Once the order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once our distribution centre receives the item and processes your return. You will receive a confirmation email once the credit has been issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

If you are returning your purchase to a store, the credit will be issued once the return has been processed by our distribution centre. Credits cannot be issued in-store.
Tbooth wireless will provide an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt if the manufacturer’s criteria is met.
Yes, the gift-with-purchase will need to be included with your return.
Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise in-store. Please note, gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
