A Typical Day
I usually start my shift in the afternoon hours, I dedicate first 30 minutes of my shift in checking out new promotions, reviewing price sheets, updating price plans, reading IConnect messages, in simple words I update my product knowledge which would help me throughout the day in making and maximizing sales process. I always remain in search of any promo or information that would distinguish us from other wireless stores in order to close the sale and to grab maximum customers in the mall. At the same time I try to finish all the assigned admin work. As I work in kiosk, I turned on the music to get the attention of people walking around us and start fishing which is the most fun part of my job! Then there is no looking back talking to one person to another, garbing families doing multiline and ringing out sales ….till its night!
Personal Impact
Working in Tbooth has given me the biggest opportunity of exploring my own talent and personality as a sales person! I have never imagined myself that I would be confident enough to persuade people, since by education I am a Pharmacist back home. I was trained to deal with chemicals and drugs, but never with people. This job has actually awakened the amiable side of my personality, given me confidence to talk to strangers/customers, made me a good listener and has given me the power of conflict resolution and perseverance. I am a working mom of two beautiful girls and always juggling between home and work, this job has made me a big multi tasker. I have learned how to manage time to give the best performance not only at work but also in my personal life as a wife, mother and daughter.
