Return it - Program FAQ

Do all phones have a “Return it” option?

Many of the newest phones are eligible for the Rogers Save & Return and Bell Device Return OptionTM programs. All eligible phones are labelled with the "RETURN IT" option within the individual phone pages.

Can I return the phone at my local tbooth wireless location at the end of the term?

Yes, you can return the phone at any tbooth wireless store or kiosk

What does “good working condition” mean?

Your phone is in good working condition when it can power up to the home screen, accept a charge, and has the ability to perform a factory reset. The screen must be functional and cannot have any dark spots, blemished, broken or cracked glass. There are no missing parts (buttons, keys, SIM tray, battery, battery cover). All security locks and passwords are removed from the phone and it is not connected to any associated cloud accounts.
