As we welcome you back to our stores, we are taking precautions for your safety, including those required by provincial health authorities to ensure a safe, comfortable and worry-free shopping experience.
Customers and staff are asked to maintain a safe distance of 2 meters when visiting our stores. Floor decals have been placed to help with the practice.
Reduced Store Occupancy
We are limiting the number of customers that can enter our stores at any given time to ensure proper distancing.
Complimentary Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer is provided at every store entrance. We ask customers and staff alike to sanitize before entering the store.
We clean & disinfect surfaces thoroughly after each customer interaction, including demo devices, sales counter, card terminal & pin pad.
Protective plexiglass barriers have been installed at customer interaction points in all of our locations.
Mandatory Face Masks
We require customers and staff in our stores to wear face masks to help stop the spread.
Should you need to return a device, we have extended our return period up to 15 days. We clean and disinfect all returned products thoroughly. Contact us if you have any questions related to our extended return policy.
